Because if we offer a cake that melts in your mouth with lots of chocolate, for you it doesn't matter at all what other cakes we have!
This "Chocolate" took us a lot of time and experience until it turned out to be exactly as it should be, namely with:
- Cocoa layers - unobtrusive, and at the same time with a pronounced chocolate taste . So soft. So airy!
- Chocolate mousse with natural Belgian chocolate that no real chocolate lover could resist.
- Chocolate glaze, perfectly complementing (in taste, in appearance, in everything) the sophisticated symbiosis between the layers and the mousse.
However, the bigger challenge was to achieve a similar taste with quality and full-fledged ingredients better than the traditional ones used in confectionery. Accordingly, without adding wheat flour and refined sugar (except for the amount contained in Belgian chocolate).
So... after a lot of experiments, "Chocolate" was born: gluten-free and sweetened with natural chocolate and unrefined cane sugar.
Suitable for those who cannot consume or avoid the consumption of gluten, and for everyone who can not resist a piece of chocolate cake. Or two. Or a whole cake..:)
