Custard with stevia is a very easy and quick low-calorie dessert, suitable for lovers of lighter sweets and parfaits!
Necessary ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 50 g stevia
- 500 ml of fresh milk
- 45 g agave
- Brown caramel sugar (optional)
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs with the stevia, then add the milk to them.
Distribute the mixture in fireproof bowls. If desired, you can put melted brown sugar on the bottom (I decided not to).
Place the bowls in a baking tray and pour a little water in to bake the caramel custard on a water bath.
Bake the dessert in a preheated 150-degree Celsius oven with a fan for about 45 minutes or until done.
Once the caramel custard is baked and cooled, use a thin knife to release the edges and turn the bowls over on a plate. Syrup with agave, honey, maple syrup, or another sweetener.
If desired, you can melt a few spoons of brown sugar in a pan and use it for decoration.
I received 9 bowls with caramel cream and I syruped each one with 5 g of agave.
Each bowl of caramel custard, syruped with agave has nutrition values as follows:
- 91 calories
- 11.6 g carbohydrates
- 3.8 g fat
- 4.5 g protein
