Do you ever experience huge need for something sweet, which should be: very tasty and chocolate?
Vegan chocolates are perfect for these moments, but in addition to satisfying your sweet tooth, you can eat them with a clear conscience. And best of all, you'll know exactly what the ingredients are, unlike most packaged desserts in grocery chains.
One of the biggest advantages of raw candy balls, besides being super delicious, is that it's super quick to make them and there's nothing to go wrong!
Necessary ingredients:
- 60 g peanut butter
- 50 g banana
- 30 g cocoa
- 10 dates
- 80 g walnuts (50 g for the mixture and 30 g for rolling)
Method of preparation:
Mash the bananas in a chopper or food processor. Add dates and walnuts (50 g), then peanut butter and cocoa. Mash until you get a homogeneous and slightly sticky mixture. Shape the candies - I made 13 candies of 20 gr. Put them for a while to harden in the refrigerator.
Finely chop the 30 grams of walnuts and roll into the finished vegan candy balls.
If you don't have a chopper, mash the banana and dates with a fork and chop the walnuts. Then mix all the ingredients and mix well with a fork. Even if there are pieces of dates and walnuts, you will get super tasty and healthy candy balls!
