These raw protein candy balls have been one of my favourite recently, because they are prepared extremely easily and fast (it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare them), but they are rich in proteins and are super tasty. Moreover, they are very filling and "energy providing", and this is a serious advantage.
I used vanilla flavored protein powder, but I think if you experiment with other flavors, you will get great.
It is better to eat the healthy dessert after it has set for a while in a fridge or freezer, but frankly speaking, if you can't wait, you can just skip the cooling and consume them immediately!
